Vacation in style with this luxurious family-friendly villa with your very own south facing pool, spa and private conservation view. Offering everything you could want from a villa to relax in after long days at the theme parks at great value for money. Exquisitely furnished with an extra clean presentation.

Pool days will create long-lasting family memories. You can enjoy the pool in private, soaking up the Florida sun and relaxing in the spa with massage jets. The pool can even be heated if required. You'll really make the most of the pool area, dining al-fresco under the lanai with a large table and plenty of seating. With that said, the pool and spa lighting allows you to enjoy the sunset and tranquil evenings.

The villa is comfortable for family and friends of up to 8. By comfortable, we're talking private quarters for all with all 4 bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms! The Queen bedroom is downstairs, with 2 x twin bedrooms and master suite upstairs, equipped with a large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to the villa having much needed and welcomed air conditioning.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and a full cable package TV package. In addition, you also have a DVD/Blu-ray player available to you so you can unwind and enjoy the entertainment.

The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area.

If you find time between chilling in the pool area and enjoying the endless choice of attractions nearby, you'll love the games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball. As an extension to that, there are plenty of resort amenities in the safe, gated resort of Bella Vida. Bella Vida Resort is superbly located right by Walmart and the 192, where shops, restaurants and entertainment is plentiful. Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World can be reached in 20 minutes!

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured, you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disney, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. After long, busy days at the parks, it was such a relief to come back to a quiet, comfortable home where we could truly relax and escape the crowds. The Villa was absolutely superb! It was clean, tidy, and everything you'd expect from a villa in a gated community like this one. The check in/out process was as easy as can be, with great communication from the host about door codes. There is also plenty of information dotted around the villa to help with any questions you may have. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it was a true, 'home' away from home. We highly recommend this property, because of it's location in Kissimmee. Right of the 192, and only 20/30 minutes from all the shopping malls and parks. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when we return to Florida.

The house was in a gated quiet neighborhood. The house was clean we didn’t have any issues with the home. The kids loved the pool they didn’t want to get out. The home was up the street from Walmart and food places. I would definitely come back and stay at this home. The host answered any questions I may had in a timely manner. I recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Stayed here for a golf trip. Weather might not have cooperated, but the house was great and gave us an awesome place to wait out the rain. Very convenient to have a full bath in every bedroom.

The property was clean and laid out really well. 4 bedroom with attached baths. Pool area was nice. We got the pool heated and it worked out well. Comfortable living room furniture and lots of tv stations. Outside trash receptacle could not be secured, so the raccoons got in and we woke up to trash all over the yard. Luckily a Walmart nearby, so we had to go get more trash bags as we were packing up to leave. Could have been very chaotic if you were pressed for time. Great communication with the owners. Pool table was a big hit with our family! We would stay again if ever in the area

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus genossen, auch wenn wir zunächst schmutzige Handtücher vorfanden. Wir entschieden uns nichts zu sagen, was ein Fehler war. Am Ende hat uns die Agentur 45$ für diese Handtücher berechnet sowie für 3 die angeblich verschwunden seien sowie einen dreckigen Bettbezug. Nachdem wir Ihnen per E-Mail die Situation erklärt haben (die Handtücher waren bereits dreckig und wir waren schon mehrmals in anderen Häusern in dieser Community und haben nie etwas beschädigt), wurde uns nur gesagt, dass die Reinigungsfirma das so übermittelt habe und das wir den Betrag zu zahlen haben. Es war die Reinigungsfirma, die unser Haus vor unserer Ankunft gereinigt hat und die dreckigen Handtücher möglicherweise übersehen hat. Das Haus war sehr schön und für einen längeren Aufenthalt in dieser Region lohnt es sich definitiv. Nur der Tipp: alles melden was irgendwie nicht passt, am Besten schriftlich, da telefonisch auch nur selten jemand zu erreichen ist und Sie somit alles schwarz auf weiß haben. Wir werden dieses Haus, aufgrund der wirklich sehr ärgerlichen Situation im Nachhinein, nicht wieder buchen.

The house was clean and beautiful. It is great having a bathroom in every bedroom! The wifi worked for all of an hour upon arrival and never came back on. The AC in the downstairs was broken upon arrival - and we were not informed of this prior to arrival, even though owner was aware. I understands things happen, but it was extremely uncomfortable in the living room/kitchen and and a technician did not come out until the second to last day of our stay, which was very disappointing. As a property owner, if you can't control something, at least attempt to make it right for the customers. Listing information states "Pool Heat" can be turned on for additional $. This is very misleading, as we booked the place wanting to use the hot tub. However, the hot tub wasn't heated as it is connected with the pool heat. What is the point of a hot tub if it doesn't heat up? This needs to be corrected in the listing info/rental documents. It's unfortunate as the house is beautiful and is located in a nice and safe gated community.

The owner was super helpful or flight had a 24 hor delay ... so we missed out on 1 day , awesome thunderstorms with lots of rain ....bur we still had a great time.
