Featuring a bright oversized front formal living room and back family room offering plenty of space to spread out and relax in this sparling home, watch the large wall mounted flat screen. The breakfast area with table and chairs in the front plus seating in the kitchen to accommodate comfortably 14 guests at one time.
Enjoy a meal under the covered shady portion of the Lania area that overlooks the pool deck, splash around in the crystal-clear pool, or soak up the sun on the loungers. A BBQ is provided for guest use – a $45 charge applies if you would like this prepared for you (full tank of propane + clean before/after stay). Pool heating is available at an additional cost ($30 per day applicable to full stay).

The kitchen is well stocked to provide everything you may need to cater for your family. Enjoy the elevated breakfast bar around the kitchen island for a quick bite, or a formal dining table and chairs to share a full meal.

Upstairs is a large game area with arcade style machines for everyone to enjoy.

There are three primary suites that feature king size beds, each with ensuite bathroom. Plus a bedroom that takes you to Hogwarts another with Mickey in Fantasia another featuring Minnie Mouse. A further bedroom with two twin beds (plus 1 trundle) blasts off to outer space with the black light that makes the glowing ceiling fun for all ages, featuring special light effect around the room. Overall, there are 6 bedrooms with 5 FULL bathrooms all on the second floor, plus a half bath on the main level to serve your guests.
Each bedroom has direct access to a full bathroom so no need to wait in the hallway for a family member to finish.

Cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi are provided for guest use as well as a washer and dryer, plus towels and linens.

The Bella Vida resort is a quiet gated community of high-end homes, just 8 miles from Disney and close driving distance to Universal and Sea World. Bella Vida is located just off 192 directly behind Medieval Times Kissimmee.  The resort clubhouse has a walk in pool that backs onto a large pond with plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There are basketball and volleyball courts, as well as a playground for the little ones. The clubhouse also offers a gym, table tennis and foosball and an office area with computer stations. From the gate it is an easy walk to Wal-Mart and Chick-Fil-A and of course Medieval Time Dinner and Tournament show. !92 has a vast amount of outlets stores, Mini Golf Restaurants, attractions like Fun-Spot and Old Town.
