Regal Oaks Resort combines the convenience of a full-service resort with the privacy and comfort of your own home — the best of both worlds for an unforgettable vacation! The townhome is located in a safe, gated resort with 24 hour security and security guards. On your arrival day you will receive a gate code to enter the resort and your own private entry code for the front door.

-THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens and towels for up to 5 guests, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, and cleaning supplies enough for your first days. In case you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at the clubhouse convenience store or drive to the Dollar Store, Celebration's Publix, or any Walmart or Target in the area.

If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can use the washer and dryer at the unit.

Our vacation home is a Smart Home. There is one external doorbell camera in the front door, pointing out to the porch, which allows us to record package deliveries and garbage pickup, in case is needed.
Also there is a security camera on the back patio facing the enclosure rear patio door. They are for your security and will be on during your stay.
There is NO camera or any image recording or viewing device, of any kind, INSIDE the house!!!!!


FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home. All trash must be bagged in trash bags. Please ensure that you have closed and locked the lid to the bin, as this could attract pests.

No Pets and No Smoking (any sign of smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee).

“In Florida, falsely claiming your animal is a service animal is a second‑degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to 60 days imprisonment or a fine of up to $500. The guilty party must also perform 30 hours of community service.”

Another thing to note is that due to being on an island with a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, fish, etc.
The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc.
During storms, we tend to find that insects can and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

ADDITIONAL:

For your convenience, a washer and a dryer are included, as well as an iron, ironing board, and multiple hair dryers. Fresh bath towels and pool towels are also provided for all guests. The pool towels can be used at the resort clubhouse’s swimming pool but must be brought back to our house after use.

- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors closed when the air conditioning is running.
- Please be aware the doorbell has a security camera.
