- The resort permits a maximum of THREE cars per property, and drivers must have a valid driver's license for access to the community.

- Keyless entry is provided for your convenience, with the door code provided before check-in.

- The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.

- Pool heating is available at an additional $40 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days. Please request at least 3 days before check-in, with payment made prior.

- A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.

- Enjoy delicious BBQ meals with the Gas Propane BBQ. A BBQ extra service, including post-use cleaning and propane gas refill, is available for $100 (plus taxes) upon request before check-in.
