- Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25-plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority.

- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on-site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible.
- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the cleaning is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team’s work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff.

- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen, signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses, including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home.

- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry-leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers between each stay.

- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation, it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on the property.
 
- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don’t ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick up, turn off all lights and TVs, and lock the patio and front doors. That’s it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing, you are still on vacation.

Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the community's HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units.

Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time, and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance with this policy could lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund provided.

Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time.

The resort is a gated community with 24-hour security. Guests receive a personal Gate Pass QR Code for seamless entry.
Access to the home is easy and convenient with our self check-in system: simply enter your private code on the smart lock.

Getting Around

Parking
First-come, first-serve apartment-style parking is available directly in front of the property.

House Rules
• Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests (including infants).
• Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.
• No Pets Allowed.
• No Smoking Indoors. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor patio only. A $250 fee will be assessed for violations.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect the resort's quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Important Information

Optional Add-ons:
• Pool Heat: Available for an additional $25 per day.
• BBQ Grill Rental: Available for a flat fee of $129 per stay.

Parking Restrictions:
• Boats, trailers, utility vehicles, and RVs are strictly prohibited from being parked or stored on the property at any time. Guests must make off-site arrangements for these vehicles.

Linens & Towels:
• The home is supplied with a starter set of towels for your stay (24 bath towels, 12 hand towels, 12 washcloths, 6 make-up towels, 10 pool towels, and floor mats).
• Each bed is prepared with fresh linens. King and queen beds are made with white duvets. Themed beds are made with themed comforters. Please note that extra sheets are not provided.


Cancellations:
Be sure to read your OTA’s cancellation policy for your property. It is clearly listed when you booked.

Note: Refunds due to cancellations for payments made by credit or debit card will have a 3 % processing fee deducted, as this fee is charged by the payment processor and is not returned to us when issuing a refund.
