It's a nice house with a pool and a game room. Its close to Disney parks and few local spots in Kissimmee. We stayed there for little over 2 weeks, and had a pretty good stay. We did not have much issues besides parking and the pool being a little dirty. The issue with the pool was fixed the next day so the management is good about responding back. You have to be careful with parking your car, because they will tow it away. The only other thing we had an issue was with the beds. The mattresses are not that comfortable and seem old. I don't think management can do anything about that. Overall, nice house and good stay.

Wonderful large billa

We stayed here as a family of 7 adults, the property was in excellent condition with the kitchen well equipped and a very handy starter pack on arrival. The location was excellent for the theme parks. We had a small issue with the WiFi not working and this was rectified quickly within a couple of hours of reporting. Would definitely recommend this villa for larger group with 6 bedrooms, 4 as double and 4 bathrooms.

Kissimmee

Excellent location. Clean & fresh welcome. The big stain on the living room carpet was the only drawback. (I took a picture when we entered) Larger sets of towels & washrags would have been nice. We would definitely come back.

It was a nice house overall. Very cozy. My issue was that the garbage container outside was already filled, and we were unable to put our garbage out.

Early Christmas Disney

Our family of 9 booked our VRBO for a week! We enjoyed the game room and all of the space to spread out! The pool was so a favorite. We would stay here again!

It was an incredible experience!! Such a nice property!

Overall everything was amazing. The only thing I would say would be that there was not a lot of parking. You kinda had to fight for spots during the day and stuff and leave peoples scars there to not risk losing the cars, but other than that it was an amazing property and everything went smoothly :)

Family Favorite

This was the best property we have ever booked. The amenities provided were splendid— I will report one disappointment in that three of four Pool cues were unuseable and broken. The patio blinds were twisted and would not open until worked on adjusting them . We would definitely want to book this property again.
