★ POOL INFO ★

- The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
- Pool heat fee: $30/night + taxes
- Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3 (three) day advance notice
- It takes up to 24-48 hours for the water to be heated. The request MUST be placed at least 3 days prior to arrival.
- Pool size:
- It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

★ BBQ GRILL RULES ★

The house offers a fixed BBQ grill located in the pool area available for our guests to use. Please see below the usage rules and information:

- Usage fee: $100/stay.
- Brand: Char-broil Performance Series - 5-Burner Gas Grill
- We do not provide the gas, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 will be applied
- The BBQ grill and area where it is located MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.)

Pool towels are NOT offered.

Please note that the quantity above is provided only for your first day of stay. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The minimum age to book with us is 21.

Penalties for the breakage of the rules will be applied.
