'Booked with kids because there was a pool. Pool was broken. The room smelled horribly of smoke even though there is a sign saying you will get a fine for smoking. The tiles around the spa tub were cracked and broken. Some were just placed back into their spots and not secured and fell out without even touching them. The regular shower/tub had hair in it. 'The staff, Meadow, was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with bottled waters and treats for my grandkids. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed breakfast. Overall an amazing experience!'

'The picture on the website are misleading. The hotel is on the river but no place to enjoy outside if you don’t walk over the bridge to the park about 3 block walk . Breakfast was not served one day because someone called in. .'

'Short stay room was very spacious & clean! If room is facing the front of the building it can be a little noise at times at night due to the truck stop across the street. We ran the fan on the air conditioner at to drown out any noise.'
