'The Toronto Airport Alt Hotel is clean, quiet and convenient. It's such a joy to be a quick hop on the transfer train to the airport terminal. We were delighted to find we did not hear the airplane traffic at all in our room. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff was accommodating and polite. Definitely a 5-star experience.'

'did not like that the elevator was broken al the time we stayed there. the breakfast was really the basic.It was not set up great.if there was not enough space between the two side to get breakfast or drink/cereal and toast. '

Stifling hot elevator with a gross funky odour that was particularly awful in the area outside the elevator on the 5th floor. The air filters in the front of the ice machine on the 5th floor are filthy and need to be cleaned or changed.'
