'The 'Residence & Conference Centre' is a college dormitory turned into a (partial) hotel. The "suite" we reserved for a one-night stay was a very basic 2+ person dorm room, best suitable for couples or people (friends, family members) who prefer to have a room for themselves (since there were two separate bedrooms). 'Host was very friendly, and the place was spacious and clean. The best part of it was the location, it was close to union and many attractions. Also free parking is a life saver.'

'Prima verblijf. Keuken, badkamer en 2 slaapkamers. Alleen bedden wat smal om met z’n tweeën in te liggen. Goede WiFi en mogelijkheden om wasmachine en droger te gebruiken. Verder gunstig gelegen: koffiebar en tramhalte om de hoek en Distillery District op loopafstand. Erg prettig verblijf. '

'Place was nice and clean. Nothing special as it looked like it might have been an old motel converted into small condos. Layout was odd as the back door entered into the bedroom. Beach was an 8 minute walk and not overly busy. Overall nice basic place but little expensive for what it is. '

'The area is very close to a quiet stretch of Georgian Bay. A five minute walk in fact. The Scandinave Spa is a six minute drive and Blue Mountain Village is six or seven minutes by car as well. Communication with owners timely and positive. '
