Ryokans in Central Ontario

'Clean room, very modern. Good breakfast. Good parking. Friendly front desk and breakfast persons. Only down side was the pool area was very loud with screaming children, so it was hard to enjoy a relaxing hot tub. The hot tub itself was not very hot so it was a bit disappointment of an amenity we wanted to enjoy for the weekend. I also bring clean flip flops to go around the pool but we were made to leave the 'shoes' outside the pool area, which means walking bare foot in the shared shower...

'Overall, our stay was okay, but one issue was very disappointing. The hotel does not provide complimentary toothbrushes, so guests have to purchase them from a vending machine. Unfortunately, the machine was not working and could not process our card payment. Since we had forgotten to bring our toothbrushes, we ended up having no way to brush our teeth that night. For such a basic necessity, I think the hotel should either provide complimentary toothbrushes upon request or make sure the vending...
