'Avoid this place at all costs! These are the rudest and most inconsiderate people you could ever encounter. My train from Venice was delayed for an hour, which caused me to miss my connection in Florence and arrive two hours late. Even though I informed them about the situation and the trouble we were going through, they called me disrespectful, canceled my reservation as a “no-show,” and charged me a penalty — leaving me, my husband, and my son stranded in the middle of nowhere without a place...

'Mooie woning, groot terras met prachtig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is ruimschoots aanwezig. Badkamer is erg klein, maar netjes en prima verder. Gelegen aan de buitenrand van Spello, parkeren kan vlak bij de woning. We hebben een super fijne week gehad!'

'Sauber,zentral, Balkon in einen kleinen Innenhof, sehr netter Herr vor Ort, der einen empfängt, Dachterasse mit super Blick, ruhig, einfach. Ergattert man nicht zufällig einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, kann man im Parkhaus für 12 Euro den Tag stehen. Wunderbares Ambiente in der Stadt.'

'Terrein heel mooi aangelegd en goed verzorgd. Zwembad is gigantisch en heerlijk, kids hebben heerlijk gezwommen. De dieren zijn erg vermakelijk: pauwen in alle kleuren, de honden heel rustig en lief (zelfs onze dochter die honden normaal eng vindt - vond ze lief) De gastheer is zorgzaam met een flesje wijn bij ontvangst en bereidheid om alle vragen te beantwoorden.'

'The apartment was perfectly clean, very new and well-appointed and in a great setting in a beautiful city - GREAT all around! The host was the best communicator we have ever had at a VRBO. We had one minor issue with the WiFi and she came out immediately with a hot-spot for us to use. Terrific rental experience! '
