The owners live next door and respect your privacy, they are very helpful if you have questions, but don’t interfere otherwise. 'Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! 'We had a lovely stay. The landhouse is located on a tiny unpaved road, which adds to the experience, and on a small hilltop. The views on the beautiful Umbrian landscape are almost 360 degrees. 'Beautiful and secluded house, A jewel.'

'We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....
