'Prachtig gelegen. Fantastisch restaurant, met vriendelijk en persoonlijk personeel. Het restaurant heeft een prachtig terras met uitzicht op de wijngaarden. Fijn zwembad. Bijgebouwen liggen vrij ver van het hoofdgebouw en zijn moeilijker te bereiken als je slecht ter been bent.'

'It was a lovely visit to Griffin's Resort on the Tenuta Ponziani estate. The entire area is lining with lavender and olive trees and smells amazing. If you want to disconnect and relax this is the place for you, your friends and your significant other. The spa experience is amazing, and you leave with relaxed muscles and glowing skin. 'De locatie was perfect, tussen de "funicular" en het historische centrum. Het hotel ziet er mooi uit, de kamer aan de kleine kant, maar dat is geen bezwaar. De douche was ook nogal nauw. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid genoeg. Eigenlijk over het algemeen alles positief.'

'Prior to my arrival, all communication with the hosts was fast and friendly. The hosts both met me at the gate and gave me a warm welcome. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and filled with homey touches that put this weary traveler at ease. Orvieto is a gorgeous place and did not have the oppressive crowds of fellow tourists that I encountered in the cities, even in November. My mistake was not to plan to stay there longer.
