'The front desk staff were amazing and the service at all the restaurants and pools were top notch. The property was clean and all the amenities were great! We really enjoyed our stay! The corner suite was the best choice and we enjoyed several nights on the balcony watching the sunset. Beautiful!

'Desde que llegamos la estadía fue excelente.
Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel y nos dejaron hacer un check in temprano junto con un upgrade en la habitación.
Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento.
Las instalaciones están nuevas, habitaciones limpias y excelentes.
La verdad lo recomiendo ampliamente.'

'We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did.'
