'I have stayed here so many times I am absolutely amazed at the consistency of how clean and well-maintained everything is. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The location is fabulous. I can’t say enough about the staff, they are so friendly and helpful.'

'A very very well maintained and pleasant very large old motel style property. Breakfast was okay and limited to basics. Bathroom amenities met the minimum. Shower very strong and plenty of hot water. Room was nice and quiet, being on the second tier far from Route 1. Staff members Sasha, John and Tracy very nice. Interesting to note this is part of IHG hotel chain.'

The amount of both had our family disgusted as the receptionist told us how ants are at her house too instead of the issue of them being in our pricey hotel room. 'very clean place a lil older but staff and owners was very nice awesome pool the breakfast was a lil small no eggs or protein but good for coffee n muffin .. lotsa of stuff to do around there tons of beaches and restaurants was good . close to york beach and ohunquit beaches'
