'DeBrett is a beautiful hotel, with a very original interior design. Location is perfect in downtown Auckland. Room was clean, service good. The free daily drink in the guest-only library room is a very nice feature and gives the hotel a home-like feeling. Complimentary continental breakfast is basic but good. 'Wat een geweldig fijn hotel. Alles is fris, trendy en netjes. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en het restaurant is top. Ook de kamer is groot, schoon met een heerlijke badkamer en bed. We hebben écht genoten van ons verblijf!'

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'It was so clean, new feeling. Eveything was perfect. We called them when one of the number pins didnt work, they answered fast and helped great. Loved staying there. And the little gift was exactly what we needed after driving 3 hours to get there. The kids loved all the little snacks.'

Very high standard hotel I had a huge problem with my phone , not the hotel accountability to help at all , but a gentlemen called jack who was a porter could see I had the worse day due to my phone , he offered to take a quick look and some how managed to fix it was so grateful this is the type of thing where a staff never takes an interest listened was very impressed as most people would not even listen or be bothered to help.
