Het hotel is een modern hotel met mooi ingerichte kamers met alle comfort. De badkamer is voorzien van een ruime tweepersoonsdouche. Alles was schoon. 'De kamer was ruim en badkamer schoon, maar daar is alles ook mee gezegd. Het hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad… de bank was vies en de meubels gedateerd. Het was het allemaal net niet. We kwamen naar dit hotel om uit te rusten in een mooie 5 sterren hotel, maar 3 sterren past er beter bij. We snappen ook niet waar de 5 sterren vandaan komt. De cafe onder ons begon om 6 uur al met voorbereiden op de dag, waardoor we continue geklop en geschuif van stoelen hoorden. Om half 8 ging de muziek aan....

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table.
