The staff were helpful, the room was clean (and quiet) and our overall experience was great. Definitely recommended for a stay in Auckland. 'DeBrett is a beautiful hotel, with a very original interior design. Location is perfect in downtown Auckland. Room was clean, service good. The free daily drink in the guest-only library room is a very nice feature and gives the hotel a home-like feeling. Complimentary continental breakfast is basic but good. 'We loved this hotel. The parking is next door. Just aim at hotel entrance and you will get there. Be aware of the tight parking spaces. The reception is on the 4th floor and all of the floors below are groceries, food courrt and some shopping The room waa big and clean and comfortable. Easy walk everywhere. I love the most how quiet it was considering location. We added parking and breakfast to the booking and it was great, worth it.'

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'Het uitzicht was uniek. Zicht op de haven en de toren van Auckland. Een zeer mooie kamer, zoals de foto bij boeking. Goede bedden en goede kwaliteit lakens. Service van al het personeel: uitstekend, zoals je het bij een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht. Minpuntje: de deur van de gemeenschappelijke stoomkamer sleepte over de vloer bij het openen en sluiten.
