'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'Appreciate the location, but the lack of convenience for arrival and departure is a serious drawback. No place for inner or tour pick up/drop-off. There is no real lobby and an only 2 chairs in the lower lobby when waiting for a ride. The staff was pleasant. They did meet a special request that I made for a birthday one of our party was having and arranged to have the three room we reserved on the same floor. Otherwise I had virtually no contact with the staff. I am not sure if that is “good”...

'Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable. 'De kamer was ruim en badkamer schoon, maar daar is alles ook mee gezegd. Het hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad… de bank was vies en de meubels gedateerd. Het was het allemaal net niet. We kwamen naar dit hotel om uit te rusten in een mooie 5 sterren hotel, maar 3 sterren past er beter bij. We snappen ook niet waar de 5 sterren vandaan komt. De cafe onder ons begon om 6 uur al met voorbereiden op de dag, waardoor we continue geklop en geschuif van stoelen hoorden. Om half 8 ging de muziek aan....
