'A beautiful property, like a hidden jewel of PVR. The pool area is amazing and the pool size is generous. We enjoyed our morning swim with almost no other guests. The air-conditioning is perhaps the best of all the hotels that I’ve stayed: super quiet and efficient. The staff members are very friendly and warm! We will go back!'

'Terrible service'

'Third time staying at Vallarta Shores. We had a large group with kids and they all loved it. Penthouse was fantastic and proximity to the beach is great. At the end of the beach so you will have to walk or uber if you want to head into town but we enjoy walking off the great food and drinks. Would recommend to anyone who wants a small hotel vibe.'

'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'Beautiful property in the heart of romantic zone. Staff was great, room comfortable and spacious with balcony. Ocean view from room and rooftop pool. Great bartenders at pool, friendly and courteous. The hotel has a tram that takes you up and down the hillside which helps to avoid stairs. Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars.'

'La verdad todo increíble. El lugar impecable, súper limpio, y dormí como no lo hacía en mucho tiempo. Se nota que el host sabe muy bien lo que hace, todo en orden y sin un solo detalle. Sin duda regreso. Simplemente perfecto, 100% recomendado.'
