Cottages in Nuevo Mazatlán

'Las comida es muy rica, la habitación ok, limpieza ok, el personal es muy amable, lo único a mejorar serían los carritos que te mueven dentro del hotel, en ocasiones tardaban mucho en llegar, posiblemente son pocos para el volumen de huéspedes, mi familia tardó más 40 minutos para que llegara uno y poder llegar al lobby para realizar su check out, por la distancia de donde nos tocó hospedarnos si o si nos teníamos que mover en los carritos'

'Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water.
