'Idyllic location and the cottage was exactly what we were looking for (woke up the first morning to an amazing view of the ocean and deer outside the window)! Clean and comfortable with so many great amenities. The hosts were fantastic with communication and we had such an amazing time there. A short but scenic drive to Lunenburg to be able to explore the harbour and see the Bluenose II, and try some great restaurants which was amazing.'

'It was our second visit enjoying Beth's cottage! Being there for our second time was just as exceptional as our first visit last year! It is our new home away from home. We look forward to next year! Beth is an exceptional hostess with supplying everything that you need. Love her personal touches of farm fresh eggs, flowers from her garden, and dog bed/bowls/blankets. The cleanliness and decor are perfection..love the new deck/seating by the beach area. She is always there for you! '

'We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. '

'Amazing location and setting for a quiet time on the Eastern Shore area (as show in listing photos). The main attraction for us was the private peninsula setting and classic cottage design with great views. Location is best for enjoying the cottage rather than taking sightseeing outings or dining (we did both but the drive times are longer). Would recommend to friends!'

'This cottage is amazing and couldn't ask for a better location. The views are wonderful and the sunsets spectacular. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Claire is very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. '

'Peaceful, quiet. I like how a guest service team member came to check in with me abiut a half hour after I git settled in, wanting to know if there was anything I needed. And they also built my fire for me in the fire pit, so I would have no trouble getting it going. It's those little niceties that make me feel very much at home. And allows me to truly relax. I love it there! '
