'We had issues with the room which took multiple conversations with the front desk and maintenance to fix- multiple apologies and excuses. In the end issues addressed. Kristen at the Front Desk was extremely helpful.
The fact that the pool and the fitness center were closed was a huge dissatisfiers'
Area shops are open from 10-4p and not everyday.'

'My room was very clean, bed comfortable and TV good, but I was there in off season and never interacted with any in person staff. I was given a phone number to call if I needed a staff person and a code to get into my room. There was no frig or coffee maker in the room. Coffee maker was in the lobby.'

'I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!'
