'Considering the great price, I found this place to be ideal. It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and I slept like a baby. Thanks to the guesthouse owner for providing clear instructions and making my stay very enjoyable and hassle free. I will recommend it to others.'

'Very nice, clean newly built hotel with spacious studio apartment style rooms. Well appointed with basic kitchen supplies (pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, glasses, etc.). Professional staff, clean pool and workout room, laundry facilities, etc. Breakfast was good as was the in-house coffee. Great location right at the light rail station in Northgate. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Seattle.'

'Clean room, gracious and accomodating staff (shout out to Joy), seemed safe with security gate and good locking mechanisns on door, and it was quiet. The have a great policy to get your $100 hold back to you very quickly (within hours of departure for me) assuming, of course, there are no additional charges. I got an email on the same day that charges were reversed. This can be a problem with some motels/hotels..'

'Nice room, clean, new or newly renovated. Good view (of highway, university campus, hospital). Can’t hear any traffic noise from 5th floor room. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Very impressive. We love it. '
