'Very cute, warm cosy room. Tastefully decorated and such an amazing shower with a rain head as well!! Easy checkin, just a 5 minute walk to little manly beach and a short 5 minute drive to Whangaparoa shopping centre. All in all a beautiful spot and place. Just be aware there isn’t a full kitchen, just the usual toaster, capsule coffee machine and hot water kettle. The hosts gave a nice little touch couple of chocolates each upon arrival as well.'

'The host was very responsive to emails. The house was everything we expected and very convenient for where we wanted to go. If visiting in winter, the house was plenty warm enough, but we would recommend slippers unless you are happy to wear outside shoes indoors. The rooms aren't carpeted so slippers would have been lovely. There was everything we needed in the kitchen.'

'We had an amazing stay. The condo is well outfitted and perfectly set up for our needs with each bedroom having a bathroom. The location can’t be beat - steps across from beach access and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms without air conditioning can get warm but are easily cooled down with the doors and fans. Would stay again. 'This place is in a quiet area. It’s close to shopping, water, and restaurants. It gave us a great central location. It was very clean and had all the amenities we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.'

'It's an older property, but the long driveway was so broken and overgrown we parked on the roadside. The upstairs toilet is badly stained and the toilet seat not properly fitted. The TV has a dark shadow from top to bottom. With no washing line and only one small clothes airer and six pegs it would not be sufficient for a family. The heat pump needs servicing as it squeals while on. The garden is well overgrown at the back and side. Only one dish drying towel was provided. On the upside,...

Nice to walk to the Glen Field reserve.Difficult security door to navigate, on average it was 6 x of entering the door code.Parking was on the road, not problematic but I had a lot of gear to carry to the rear of the property.There was no Netflix included.I specifically asked to self cater, the set up was a bit awkward to prepare and cook food. They supplied a pot and fry pan but no utensils to cook with! I asked management but they said it was reflected...
