« Would not rent here again. Hosts: The hosts were very poor at communicating and replying to messages. I had to reach out to VRBO multiple times to help me with communication with them. Main house: The property was not as expected. Three floors, no bedrooms on main floor. AC only worked on first floor, so the third floor became unbearable by the end of the day… couldn’t sleep up there (had to sleep on couch). Front door jam is loose and probably insecure. Living room TV had no clicker for volume...

« Really nice, clean and well appointed home. Nice open kitchen and living area. Kitchen is fully equipped and very nice. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms had nice sized showers. Backyard was nice and fenced in which is good if you have dogs. House was a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Superb property. Close to everything (Virginia Beach, Dismal Swamp Canal Trail, Norfolk). Exceptionally clean, great communication, easy check-in. Great amenities and everything in the house is functioning. Great property for dogs with a huge fenced yard and walkable neighborhood. Quiet, residential area but a short drive to all attractions. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended. »

« The host should let guest know that there are no televisions in any of the 3 bedrooms especially for people booking with kids. The only tv is in the living room. We did experience an issue with not having any hot water in the upstairs bathroom which was reported to the owner. Aside from this the home was very spacious and clean. »
