'The ice machine was out of order I was told for a very long time now. The room should be upgraded for Virgina beach. No soap and had just 2 towels. Was disappointed to say the lease'

'We loved the resort and there were many things to do. It was very clean. Our room was perfect and very clean, however the toilet did run continuously the entire time. I can’t really complain bc we didn’t report it. The main issue was the fire alarm that went off during our first afternoon. The alarms were blaring and it was saying to evacuate immediately, which we did take the stairs all the way down. We got to the lobby level and nobody seemed to know what was going on. 'We stayed here while in town for our son's Navy CPO pinning ceremony. The hotel was very nice! Room was clean and spacious. Having the onsite coffee market and restaurant were really nice amenities. The location was also very nice. The only complaint I have was I thought $30 a day for parking was really high considering the cost of the stay.'
