« It was a great and wonderful stay. Honestly no bad reviews, we did have a couple of suggestions. The washing machine may need to be replaced or upgraded. It was super loud when it was in the spin cycle and almost had the entire condo shaking. The bathroom located on the second floor is a bit cramped. I would suggest getting the door to swing out. This would allow for bit more room in that bathroom and allow you to relocate the toilet paper dispenser. »

« Everything was clean and comfortable. Our host responded within minutes when we reached out. The views were spectacular. Within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting again. »

« Living room rug hasn't been vacuum in a while and pets have definitely stayed there! Rug has stains and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Penthouse is ok but show signs of wear and tear and needs to be painted especially the doors and baseboards »

« It was very nice, great view, location and ease to the beach as well as shops, etc. master bed was comfortable but second bedroom beds were mediocre according to the ones who were in that room. My only real gripe was lack of towels in master, one per person. Also no floor mat for master bath. Slippery when wet because of no mat. The 2nd bedroom had two towels per guest and additional for floor. I tried to communicate this with host but nothing was done about it. Also we were told no beach chairs...

« Just perfect! Everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation. Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels). Beautiful clean linens, soft bath towels, gorgeous decor throughout the house, highly functional washer and dryer, laundry pods. « Last minute booking turned into a treat. My husband and I had a private room and my daughter loved sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Unit had everything we needed. We just had to walk across the street to get to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Mr. Garcia (property owner) was great - great communication, suggested restaurants when we asked and allowed us to borrow beach chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost.
