« One of the best beach rentals we've ever rented. From the personal message welcoming us on the parking spot sign, to all the amenities, our stay was excellent. Everything you need is provided: toiletries, coffee, tea, fully stocked kitchen, complimentary snacks, and everything, I mean EVERYTHING, you need for the beach! « Friendly suggestionsClean the patio, remove some of the worn rugs, wipe down back wall with all the cob webs/dead bugs, remove very badly torn screen, bed sheets in master never stayed on mattress kept coming off, remove torn coach pillows, the front door cover the old key pad.We will come back for sure. Love the location and your very thoughtful and detailed communication during the entire process. »

« We only stayed a few days which was why we chose this property. Most are week long rentals in June. The property was very clean and spacious. The location is right on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a short getaway!! 10/10 recommend!! »

« We had a very nice stay and it was amazing to be right in the beach. The managers were very responsive and attended to any issue we may have brought up right away. You can feel sure that if you stay at one of their properties and any thing is amiss it will be fixed promptly! The unit was in great shape and very nicely laid out for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook but lacked in storage for any food we bought or brought. Fridge was empty and clean and had ice trays. Nice touch...

« We had such a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and so close to the beach. The pool was a highlight, especially in the afternoons after a day by the ocean. « The area of Sanbridge is so quaint and calm. The location of the condo was well placed in the area, allowing us to enjoy the sound and the ocean. Waking up and being able to walk ten steps to the pool to enjoy my coffee was a great way to start each morning. The beach was clean and easy to camp out on all day. We came back every day for a refreshing swim and even stayed until the pool closed. The condo slept 7 of us very comfortably, still leaving a few empty beds. We should have brought more...

« We arrived to a very clean and organized home. Everything was very well explained on the app and on the few things listed around the home. If staying here, check the notebook on the island for notes about the city and home and such, and leave your own! We had an amazing week! Extremely busy, given it was the week of a holiday, but the 4th of July fireworks were amazing and all the shops and such on the boardwalk were fantastic! Everything was very close too. « The room provided sufficient accommodations. I do think my family left the place cleaner than we found it. Kitchen items were unorganized and unclean. We took beach items out of the closet and cleaned them because they were covered in sand. There are stains on the cushions on chairs and couch. Carpets had fuzz balls. Closets are jumbled with clutter. My mom found dirty sponges under the sink. There was nothing new or clean to wash items in the kitchen sink. We could not find wash cloths or...

« We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Sandbridge condo! The space was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of room for our group of four to relax comfortably. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again! »

"Non conseiller aux gens ,c'est très sale en faite il n'y a de mots pour d'écrire l'état de cette place,j'ai dû quitter la place sans même voir la chambre. "

"Ce motel est très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage. une vingtaine de minutes de Virgina Beach. La chambre était grande avec un vrai frigo et une plaque de cuisson. On n'est pas tombé sur une super chambre. Pas super propre. Le store de la fenêtre était brisé (en plus au rez-de-chaussé). Lits pas trop confortables et la chambre plus ou moins propre. Service plutot médiocre. Ils jètent tout le monde dehors à partir de 11h00 moins dix! Il y a une terrasse au deuxième qui aurait pu être bien pour faire nos diner ou souper dehors avec vue sur la plage, mais rien sur la terrasse. On a essayé de transporter notre table de la chambre mais ils nous ont vu et sèchement dis de ne pas le faire! Mais bon, on voulait être près de l'eau, près de Virginia beach à petit cout. ça a fait le travail!"
