'Very clean. Would have been nice to have Kleenex. Bare minimum.'

'Our room was the first room onto the Main Street and it was as extremely noisy from vehicle traffic. They could not relocate our room'

'Very friendly and helpful staff!'

'Pro - Breakfast was very good. Con- Rooms were loud, I could hear people above and to the side.'

'Our room was falling apart and looked like it was held together with caulk. Water somehow covered the floor by the bathroom and front entrance overnight. Toilet overflowed after flushing it despite it only being used for liquids.'

'Really cool old house in a nice neighborhood, host was very polite and accommodating and breakfast was delicious every day. In room bathroom and shower was VERY small but my wife and I found it charming. Wished there was a mini fridge in our room, but the window ac unit was appreciated!'

'I have stayed a lot of places in Denver & this was by far the best stay we have had. Amazing location, price, & space. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Just ideal! Thank you & great job!!'

'I thought the food was awesome. Also the different options to buy food was great!'

'Spacious room right downtown. Downtown bus/tram very close. Convenient to Union Station. Very walkable location. The only negative was that the bed was not well made. The bottom sheet was not pulled up all the way, so the mattress was exposed. We did not realize this until very late and tried to fix it ourselves. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and would stay here again (we would check the bed out sooner next time).'
