Kastelen in Northwest Rochester

'It was great'

'Waarschijnlijk het beste hotel in de omgeving. Buiten het centrum van Rochester, maar het is maar de vraag of je daar zou willen verblijven omwille van de veiligheid.'

'Great stay, great price, great breakfast, lovely staff! Will return'

'Net gerenoveerd hotel. Goed personeel. Goede locatie. Goed ontbijt. Wel luidruchtige gasten, maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen.'

'It was convenient for a one night stay.'

'You can get better. Trust. Not impressed with cleanliness and smell.'

'Checked in late and the process took under two minutes. Fridge kept drinks cold, bathroom stayed clean throughout my stay with daily room service visible outside hallway door.'

'The house was clean and setup nicely. The house was close to the Kodak Theater. We stopped to eat breakfast at the Peppermill Restaurant. I highly recommend it. Thank you Jud for all your efforts for us to have a great stay. '

'The stay was excellent as expected. We’ve been here several times and it’s always a treat. Everything is clean and well maintained, and having everything from cribs to toys to kayaks made it an easy vacation to enjoy!'

'We found a half-filled bottle of vodka under the bed, so not so great a room.'

'Good stay'

'This was a great hotel. Super good area, very friendly staff, so quiet and well maintained.'

'Clean room, nice staff'

'Great hotel for a weekend visit. I choose hotels based on their pools and this one was always empty, very large....but a little too cold for my liking. Breakfast was great. Room clean and the pullout bed was comfy (more like a futon without a metal bar that many have!) Supposed to have cleaning every other day, but only had it once in five days. We got extra towels so we were ok. Frig and microwave in the room, which is nice. Nicole at the front desk was super helpful! We will stay again.'
