'We were in town for a family reunion at Sand Run Metro Park. We stayed at the Holiday Inn. We were warmly greeted by the desk clerk. Our room was clean with a nice large shower. The bed was very comfortable and overall we had a very nice stay with no compliants. '

'When we got there the lady at the front desk was rude. The room was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. There was a condom by the couch, luckily it was still in the package. There was a huge stain on the couch. They advise that they have breakfast and that was a key factor that I wanted for this hotel. When I got there they told me that they don't serve breakfast. The deposit was 150 and I certainly don't think that it was worth it. 2/10 experience '

'We loved the house and property. It was very spacious for a group of eight. The entry directions were confusing and there were a few minor glitches that we reached out to the host about and they were very responsive and helpful. I felt the reserve process and requirements were pretty strict, more so than I have experienced on VRBO before. But in the end, our experience was positive and we enjoyed the house. '

'We had a lovely time visiting Cuyahoga National Park, seeing the Brandywine Falls, riding the Towpath Trail, hiking in Sand Run, shopping at the Farmer's Markets, eating at Wally Waffle (highly recommend), etc., etc. The home had the space we needed, and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood was not our favorite, but yet we never felt unsafe. It is clear that the owners are working hard to start up this new business venture, and I give them praise for their efforts. 'My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. '
