Woonboten in Noordoost-Alabama

'The room amazingly clean. The bathtub and shower surround sparkled. The staff was friendly and very helpful especially Amanda and the front desk (I believe that was her name). The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options. We did not visit the bar. We are going to be making it our stop on trips to Florida. Excellent work to all staff!!'

'The hotel was on very bad shape. On top of that, the rooms were filthy. The first room I got, had a variety of foodrests on the floor, from meats to fruits. Also the curtains were torn. I complained and got a new room, which should be better. It was a little better but still unacceptable filthy. The lady behind the desk was genuinely nice and apologized. By checking out the next day I was asked if everything was ok, and I said no, and explained why. The reaction was only: I’ll discuss it with...
