'Parking was a little bit out of the way. But I guess we enjoyed the walk. It was a little bit more so when it was raining because we were loading up our car. Disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave in the room because we ate at the restaurant and would’ve liked to warm up our food.'

'This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. First we arrived to no toiletries and the front desk staff told us to talk to the housekeeper in the hall, who offered us a half used bottle of shampoo another guest left! There was hair in the sheets and the shower. The shower backed up. My daughter used the bathroom and flushed and we came back to our room with the bathroom flooded! There were no pool towels. Dog bowls out in the hallway and we think there were homeless people living in the hotel....
