« There is a quaint meeting area that has chairs and a fire place when you first walk in. The room was extremely clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I suffer from back pain, but this is the first time sleeping at a hotel where my back didn’t hurt the next day. The free buffet breakfast was also good. Very friendly staff. Close to amenities in Madison and Huntsville as well as The airport. Highly recommend. »

« Since we were traveling we didn’t have things like not to water or snacks with us. There was water and snacks for purchase. The prices were ridiculous as far as I’m concerned. Bottled water $3.00. Chips $4.00 I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns. There was a decanter with lemon water and cups for the people staying there. Free. We pay enough to stay there. The room was clean but had a smell that I would call the smell of many humans having been there before me. »

« Chambre impeccable, personnels courtois. Vue sur le lac magnifique. L'ascenseur à quelques soucis de fonctionnement. Fonctionne quand il le veut. Bon repas. »

« I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. »

« The only downfall is the pillows are not comfortable. I accidentally left mine at home and really wished I had it. »
