« A really really disappointing stay!!! When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes for one of the workers to come and "book" us in. Basicly he just received our payment and gave us the key. On arroval to the room what a disappointment!! Not clean at all. The coffeemugs were stained brown, the glasses dirty. The bed!! O my soul!! The mattress should have been thrown away about ten years ago!! There were no toiletries or aircon as advertised. I had to buy extra toilet paper myself. Even...

« Il faut être difficile pour ne pas apprécier le service de l'intercontinental de JNB. Malgré un petit déjeuner buffet limité, le personnel est attentif, professionnel et réactif. Le SPA est très agréable et soigné au niveau de la piscine et de la salle de sport. Sans hésitation, nous reviendrons lors de notre escale à Johannesburg. »

« Large bathroom, very comfortable bed. The hairdryer wasn't working, a technician came to fix it quickly. We had been able to book a sauna slot via Expedia, but at that time the sauna was closed, the hotel offered us a gourmet meal to compensate for the inconvenience. A very good panoramic restaurant and a swimming pool are available on the seventh floor. »

« One O Eight was the perfect stay. The room and property was spotless (the bath in the room was such a night treat), and the staff were all incredibly lovely. I opted for a hotel pickup from the airport as a solo female traveller and it was fairly priced and not much more than an Uber & I really enjoyed chatting with the lovely driver that collected me.
