'This is one of the best hotels in Africa if not the world.. the front desk ppl were soo friendly.. the reservations people were quick To solve any issues and even compensate when they didn’t have to. 'My second stay here. I have no problem with is place. I love the location. The major challenge is the check-in and check-out time. Then again some of the staff are not friendly. The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm. They didn't contact me despite hotel.com contacting them that they are conforming to my booking. theses created a lot of confusion which was later sorted out by hotels.com '

'Radisson Red Rosebank is close to Rosebank Gautrain Station ( 5 minute walk) & Rosebank Mall & has a rooftop bar. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are modern & clean. There is a mini fridge & a small seating area, very convenient if you don’t want to sit on the bed while watching tv or enjoy drinks/food. They have great room service (food & drinks) but the rooftop bar is amazing & the food is cheap & delicious! They have delicious cocktails as well. The staff is lovely and they have a shuttle...
