Flats in Niceville

'We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The property was so clean, well kept, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fabulous. We were worried with it being small, but it was so cozy and well designed. We loved being so close to the beach access and enjoyed our chairs and umbrellas. Will absolutely stay again!'

'We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and had great views of the harbor. It was also located close to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved it. It was clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!'

'The property overall was very nice. The condo was excellent, very well kept. There are enough pools so you don’t feel crowded and easy access to the beach. The Pelican Cafe has good options for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely choose this location again when visiting Destin. Bob is a great host, his response time to message is great. Overall, very pleased!'

'Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!'

'This place is unbelievable and I will stay here every time I come to Destin. From the front door you have an amazing view and then from every other window/ door you have an amazing view of the ocean. The place was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need to make your trip easier, by yourself or with children, such as laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, etc. The Pelican Cafe was a great place to eat our breakfast and lunch during the day and it was right in the hotel. There are 3...

'Everything was as pictured . Excellent host!'

'We loved the balcony!'

'The thermostat needs addressing but it did work properly after maintenance looks at it. The mattress in master bedroom is very hard. However room was very nice. Ocean view was wonderful. Plenty of room in kitchen & dining room. Balchony view was excellent . To add kitchen appliances appeared new. Would stay there again just couldnt give excellent.'

'Not at all what we expected. Looked better in pictures-condo needs lots of updates. Who does the room checks? Very nice view. Lots of noise. Very dated and worn looking..Living room and bedroom TV’s were not operational. Beds were old and very uncomfortable-sheets were thin and worn-no pillowcases in smaller bedroom and no blankets to be found anywhere. The MB shower flooded more than 3 inches due to a clogged/plugged drain. Ugh! For what we paid for an overnight stay here, I feel like we...

'Beautiful location but however, place needs little bit of Deep cleaning, it has smelled of unpleasantness. We didn’t expect that but of all it was pretty good stayed.'

'Resort is located in a great area for so many options. You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want, with all the amenities. Beach, pool, restaurants, bars, golf courses, and more.'

'Clean and great location. You will need to bring supplies and the basics like trash bags, coffee filters. That was unexpected. But the place is definitely family friendly.'

'I will definitely book this property in the future! Our host was very helpful and immediate in answering any questions that were asked. Beautiful resort and awesome location!'
