Great location, quiet, steps from the beach and Newport Pier. Garage parking. Fully stocked kitchen and clean, comfortable beds and nice ceiling fans made it easy for sleeping. Host was attentive and available for all questions, thorough communication.

We had a great stay here! Everything was as advertised when we arrived and was super clean! We loved the location - tons to do around the area. A coffee shop was just a block away, and great ice cream and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Natalie was super accommodating with requests and helpful. We loved this property. It is truly ready for those looking to relax at the beach. Fresh and welcoming decor with all the necessities one might need in a home away from home. The beach is steps away adding to it's allure. There are a couple of cons but otherwise all pros!! Cons first: the intersection on Saturday night was like grand central station - constant traffic right outside, loud vehicles, honking, thumping music from the lines of cars was a lot BUT that was only the case Saturday night! Second con is really not a huge deal but the king bed could use a refresh - it's definitely worn. Pros: location is super convenient for great restaurants, ice cream, access to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. It's also on the path to the central lifeguard station so a fair amount of safety built in. The layout of the property was ideal with three bedrooms and two baths - perfect for friends, girls weekends, families, etc. Great kitchen and common space, too. Parking wasn't the issue we feared it would be - the garage is interesting to get into but we did and also took advantage of ample street parking (with a little patience!). The owners have put thought and care into making it the perfect beach escape. We WILL be back!!!

Perfect location and property

We had an amazing vacation at this location. The location is perfect, close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Having a reserved parking space is absolutely a plus in Newport Beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the beach toys, umbrella and the chairs were very useful. Natalie was a great host and she was available anytime we had a question. I definitely recommend this place for anyone thinking about a beach vacation in Southern California. We will be back next year. Thank you so much for a great vacation.

Wonderful stay, perfect location

This property was perfectly located just steps from Newport beach and pier. The parking was a must have since street parking is hard to find. It was central to several locations, 30 min to Disney and also 30 min to Laguna Beach. We had plenty of room for 3 adults. Would definitely rent this property again!

This home was amazing. I didn’t have any issues with check-in or check out. The location is right by the beach. Having your own parking space in the garage is awesome because parking in California sucks. Everything was walking distance. Even for our dinner, having my friends walk in heels to the restaurant that was right around the corner was so easy. I have no complaints about this location or the team who runs its. Communication was excellent. Response times were no more than 5 minutes. How was clean, beds are soft. Shower pressure was awesome.

This property was as advertised. Very clean and comfy. Great communication, as well. We werent in the place much , basically just to sleep, but nice area, we walked to a restaurant the 1st day. Only steps to the beach as well. Has a garage to park your car which was nice also. Overall excellent rental....

Great spring break getaway!

Family of four getting away for spring break beautiful easily accessible location to all the beaches and restaurants. We had a blast and it was all just outside our front door will definitely be back in the future with a planned outing to Catalina island so much to do and beautiful location.

Great place seconds from the beach

I had a set of meetings in Newport and usually stay at the lido house or a nearby hotelI really enjoyed this instead. It was great to have a kitchen and a garage. I walked and jogged along the beach everyday and took amazing photos of the sunrise and sunset. 100% recommend

This unit is right on off the beach - from the balcony you can see the ocean- literally steps from the sand - food - pier and so beach walking path! Loved this location - will definitely be back!
