« We love the layout and the beautiful chalkboard of activities and places to see. Great decor and furnishings. We had a lot of fun on the air hockey table and love the cozy fun kitchen area. »

Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most.
