'We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. When towels were eventually delivered, they were damp, crumpled, and brought in a garbage bag.The cleanliness of the property was also unacceptable. We found mold around the bathtub drain, stains in the sink, visible stool residue in a toilet bowl, hair in an upstairs bathroom, and dust and glitter-like debris on the bathroom floor, suggesting the floors had...
