'The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. 'This was a great base for us as we were in the area for Welcome to Rockville. It was about a 25 minute drive to the speedway and it was great to come back and have the beach just across the way to relax before heading back to the festival each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The community it is in is beautiful and has great amenities. 'This place was great with just a couple things. Parking was a little funny only if you are checking in or out and have to park across the street. Also we had a little issue with communication when we checked in. The emails with the code didn’t come thru but when I connected the host she was very sorry and got it right away! The place was very nice and clean. It supplied everyone one would need for personal and going go the beach.'
