« The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The listing advertised 1.5 bedrooms, but in reality, there was barely one. Instructions were unclear, and we didn’t even know how to properly lock the door, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped—yes, there was a microwave, but there were no basic items to actually heat or prepare meals.We’ve used VRBO many times before...

« This was a great base for us as we were in the area for Welcome to Rockville. It was about a 25 minute drive to the speedway and it was great to come back and have the beach just across the way to relax before heading back to the festival each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The community it is in is beautiful and has great amenities. The second bedroom is small, only has a small closet area and has no fan- not a complaint just a heads up. Only had to “bother”...

« Everything was run down, from the rugs (I rolled them up and stashed them) to the furniture to the non working tvs, 80s hairdryer, and scratched up teflon pans. Windows wouldn’t open and the shower was clogged. The photos must be old. I didn’t make a fuss until the WiFi became unstable, not even about the shower. But this was a working trip and I needed WiFi. The host ignored all of my messages. I had an international Zoom meeting and had to check out of the condo early so I could take it in...

« The property did not have the best "curb appeal". But once we got to our room, room was clean and nice and cold. It was a very small room, but once again clean. The bathroom is a little worn, could use a soft renovation. Our 22 year old son was with us so it was very close quarters for the 3 of us. The pool area was very busy and some garbage, but once again, it was July 4th weekend. Would we stay there again if we were in a pinch? We would. »

« We stayed at this complex a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. We booked this unit this year because it was available. Upon arrival we walked through the unit. We pulled back the comforter and sheets. The sheets had spots on them and had hard pieces of "white chips" and hard "blue circular" particles on the sheets. The comforter had dried blood and yellow crusty stains on it. There is no matress pad and the mattress had bodily fluid stained on it. Bathroom drawer was filled with hair and...
