'Location was amazing. Pool and beach access was also amazing. Listing mentioned towels were provided. The unit sleeps 3-4 people. So we figured we didn’t need to bring towels. There was one towel and one wash cloth. We had to buy towels for our showers.'

'The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The listing advertised 1.5 bedrooms, but in reality, there was barely one. Instructions were unclear, and we didn’t even know how to properly lock the door, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped—yes, there was a microwave, but there were no basic items to actually heat or prepare meals.We’ve used VRBO many times before...
