Ocean and Pool - First Floor - 2 Units combined

Newly renovated 2 unit cozy condos on the ground floor with adjoining inside door. There are two units which can be rented separately or together. Price is cut in half if renting 1 of the units. There are adjoining doors (which lock) between the two units. One unit offers a 1 bedroom with king bed, and also a pull out full size sleeper couch with full kitchen. The second unit has two queen size beds. The second unit is an efficiency with refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot and also has a waterfall shower. Laundry room on site. Within walking distance to Chases on the Beach, Izzy Ice cream and Tacos, and 7-eleven across the street. This property sleeps up to 8 individuals. (or 4 on each side) Ocean front and door opens to the pool. Best location in town. 2 beach chairs per unit as well as beach towels. The condo does not allow pets. Good location but building is VERY worn and parking problems

We enjoyed our weekend as there are not a lot of places that allow 2 nite rentals. The beach was nice. While the Unit was fine the building is VERY worn. Missing siding etc. Loud parties by the pool. No parking near the building and one nite no parking at all. Had to park at another condo.

Excellent value property. The adjoined rooms were perfect for our mixed family gathering. The room was clean and had all the necessary supplies for a beach vacation. The host was very easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay.

The condo was decorated in a such a way that we knew we were at the beach before we ever saw the water. Perfect amount of space for 4 adults who were there for a few nights. A convince stor across the stree next to a taco stand. We got what we needed. Pool is right outside the door, but we only had eyes for the beach, which is just beyond the pool. Loved our time in this unit and would definitely go back! Only con to the unit is the shower head on the side with the two queen beds. It was too big for the shower. As weird as that might sound.

We loved the room with connected space that could hold a few more people, my adult daughter stayed the night with us and when my son came by he had a spot to nap before dinner so that was nice. We didn't have to drive to get great food and drinks nearby. I thought from the photo that the smaller pool was a hot tub, but it is a kiddie pool, so I may come back with my granddaughter this summer. We didn't have any issues to reach out about, all the instructions for gate and door codes were easy to follow. Thank you for having us!

Sisters time alone

The place was great had everything we really needed or wanted the weather was almost perfect little loud with the kids in the area next time I think I will look for an over 55 place and I would like a dishwasher but other than that it was perfect. Everything was like it was said to be very happy.
