'The location was incredible, 50 yards from Jackson Square in the heart of French Quarter. The hotel is a converted school which was the first school in the city. It had on site parking which was a plus, and let us park until 2pm after checkout. The staff was a happy friendly group. Stew gave us all kind advice on music venues and places to eat. 'The front desk staff and Brody (doorman/concierge) were all so nice. They helped us with everything! I stayed in room 409. The room is small but beautiful. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Location is convenient to many attractions by walking. '

'It's a remarkable hotel, unique in so many ways due to its historic nature. Every room is different, so it's all very cool...it feels like a bit of a maze finding your way through the hotel, but in a fun way. Great staff and very nice pool make this a great place to stay. Just be warned: don't pick a balcony room facing the street unless you are prepared to deal with some VERY loud traffic noise from the streets below. 'Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Sebastian who we met checking in - responded to all requests with quick dispatch. All hotel staff were so good; I've traveled all over the world and was really impressed with their professionalism from the front desk to the valet, housekeeping - everything! 'This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. We will be returning. '
