'This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. We will be returning. '

'Nice spacious apartment for a weeks stay in NOLA. Location is great! Unfortunately no parking on property. Had to pay for street parking and pay every 2 hours during the day. Or pay a lot mor inthe parking structure.Wish they could make a good deal woth near by properys for parking. Very close to everything we wanted to do! '

'I literally cannot find ANYTHING bad to say about this hotel. Clean, quiet, very very friendly and approachable staff. TOP NOTCH LOCATION. Walkable to EVERYTHING!!!! Had a balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool. It was so lovely. I didn't get to try the restaurant/bar onsite but I was happy to know that such a convenience was available. And the king bed was Dreamy!

'We stayed for 4 nights near the end of September. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were great! Also, whoever was answering my texts were also very helpful.
We stayed in a queen suite room, highly recommend.
The pool and hot tub area was quaint, perfect for the whole setting / ambience /vibe of the Kasa and New Orleans.
There was a rooftop bar area which was closed, but honestly, there are enough bars around the area, that we didn't need another one, lol.

"Convenient, safe, large room and close to everything. Only thing: they should do something about shower. One has to keep the water running for nearly five minutes until it gets warm enough to shower. For a hotel with that many rooms a waste of a lot of water. "
