'Midden in de prachtige stad Dubrovnik, ligt deze schitterende accommodatie vlakbij de hoofdstraat. Hoewel we veel appartementen hebben gezien, waarvoor veel trappen beklimmen moeten worden, was dat hier dus niet het geval. Klassiek ingericht, maar in uitstekende staat. 'We arrived late and soaking wet due to weather and transport issues. Our host kept in communication and stayed back to meet us and provided extra towels and a warm welcome. 'We stayed at the Heritage hotel Zagreb- Dubrovnik when the property was newly opened after renovation. We found that the hotel was conveniently located to the beach and all the cafes and bars in the Babin Kuk area. The rooms were clean as you would expect from a new property but they were also quite spacious. The food at the restaurant was great and a big shout out to the staff at the hotel. 'The location is good, about a 25 minute walk to Old Town and in a very peaceful area surrounded by nature with spectacular views of the Adradic Sea. This is not a typical hotel, rather a restored mansion built in 1914 with only 3 spacious bedrooms. It is part of a school that prepares students for working in tourism. Eager students, supervised by professional staff, do most of the work. We felt like the owners of the mansion and loved our time here. There is a bus stop in front of the entrance.'
