'All of the staff is very friendly, clean room, Excellent customer service felt like home due to their hospitality. The only downside was the room didn’t have a microwave and we had to go down to the lobby to heat up food. It’s understandable tho because they had to do that due to covid. Also the breakfast selections were toast, different types of bagels and jelly’s, coffee, apple and orange juice. If you’re looking for a hotel specifically to cut cost on ordering food this maybe a deal breaker....

'The staff at this hotel was great. The location is just off the highway on the northside of downtown KC. Quick drive to anywhere in the city. Onsite parking was $25. They were out of spaces but still accommodated my vehicle. Breakfast was average but the bar was excellent. Would recommend!'
