'The Fontaine is a very chic hotel walking distance to the Plaza. The rooftop pool is a great place to spend a day and staff were super friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the rooms could use some maintenance. Our bathroom door was broken upon arrival (but quickly fixed, just seemed like a common occurrence), and the toilet flushing created a loud and long grinding sound. We lost something we were looking under beds/cabinets for and noticed a lot of dust and debris. But otherwise the beds...

'Property (or at least my room and the garage) need maintenance. Room was run down- barely cleaned- chunks of dust bunnies in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor had dirt sitting on it- as if someone with work boots had walked through it. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls. No lock on bathroom door- no hand soap in bathroom; it was equipped with shampoo at the sink- to wash hands.
