Hôtel près de Kauffman Stadium (Kansas City)

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« Nous sommes restées que 30 minutes, le temps d'essayer de trouver une solution aux centaines de mouches dans la chambre et de demander un remboursement total. L'hôtel n'était pas un endroit sécuritaire pour 2 femmes début trentaine, dans un secteur plus défavorisé de kansas city (independence). Le personnel de l'hôtel l'a bien compris et n'a eu aucun problème à nous rembourser la totalité des frais. »

« Top cover of the blanket of the bed was stain. Bathroom tub was really run-down. Bathroom door won't close. Stains on the ceiling tiles. Hallways were being renovated. And someone was working on a vehicle outside the room window for more than 4hrs in the middle of the night. »

« The hotel stunk or marijuana and cigarettes, The bathroom of my room ha actual black mold on the ceiling tiles, the bathroom towels smelt of mold and mildew. The walk down the hallway was very sketchy. The keys to my room randomly quit working and I had to go get new cards. I could add more but you get the point. Would never stay at this hotel. Spend the extra money and go to an actual nice hotel and enjoy your stay! 0/10. Would never recommend »

« The pictures showed a newly remodeled hotel. The room that we stayed in was an older room; not like the picture. The pool was supposed to be open from 9 am - 9 pm; that was not the case. The pool was open from 4 pm - 9 pm. Nice breakfast and the room was well air conditioned. »

« I did not read reviews before I booked our stay and I probably should have. Our room was clean enough for the one night we were staying but the hotel seems to be in overall disrepair. The small things begin to add up. While the room was clean, the remote control for the TV would not work. The batteries were held in place with a rubber band. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall and the piping for the shower was loose. You could feel the pipes in the wall move when you turned on the...

« No hot water in the shower. No water pressure in the shower. Room 206 Should have brought a hose to hook up to the sink to shower. Elevator floor had some kind of soup spread around. No glass tray in microwave. Fridge was nice! Two tiny two inch pillows, two big towels, two hand towels. This was a four day stay. Not pleasant, front desk said they would put in a work order for my room not having hot water, after first explaining to me that there was no hot water because others were using...

« The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you are going to a sporting event. If you generally like Holiday Inn Express, lower your expectations. Old, outdated and in need of major renovation. I think it was clean but it was hard to tell from how old everything was. Carpet looks to be from the 80s, and not in a cool vintage way. The blow dryer in the room was rusted, the shower had broken off shelves, there were paint splatters on the walls and it was definitely not Dove products...

« This was such a wonderful little place hidden right in the middle of a neighborhood! It’s exceptionally clean and quiet. Christopher was so friendly and pleasant and shared the history of the home with us. And the breakfast was incredible! Fresh, homemade and delicious. We would stay here again in a minute! »
