'Great location, the property is quaint and the grounds are lovely. KC is hot and humid in August so we appreciated the a/c and ceiling fan in our room! We didn’t encounter staff and all communication and transactions were virtual, which I really liked. I recommend this property to anyone looking for an experience different from a typical hotel stay.'

'Tremendously good experience. The design elements of the Crossroads Hotel are fantastic. Think like an Ace Hotel, but with real soul to it. Whenever I’d interact with anyone at the hotel, they’d go out of their way to help and just be kind. The lobby bar is also really cool and not to be missed. Highly recommend. '

'Ruime kamer en goed buiten zwembad Minder was een lekkage in de douche waardoor er een stukje plafond naar beneden kwam (incl rotzooi) dit twee keer aangegeven , echter niets mee gedaan.
